Review on $29.99 SMPS MPPS V13

Price of SMPS MPPS V13 ECU chip tuning tool (Chinese copy) has dropped to a bargain price of $29.99 and free shipping. It is the cheapest I could find. I got one last week and it works great on EDC 15 and EDC 16.

My MPPS ECU programmer came with V13 version software. The software is all safe to install and it loads up no problems on my Windows XP, need to find time to try on my windows 7.
I could connect it to the car and tune ECU chips– all good so far. I do only VAG. The supplier told me it can do BMW, Mercedes and many other cars. Gotta try it on those cars next week.
